Self-care is necessary and with all that is happening in the world, it can also be a revolutionary act. This coloring book is a visual exploration of self-care. The 12 original illustrations depict different ways to relax, relate, release!

Whether you complete some of the activities shown in this book or just color the pages, I hope this book serves as a reminder that we must take care of ourselves mind, body, and spirit! 

The beautiful introductory poem is written by Lynne Procope. She is a Trini-American poet, Cave Canem fellow, former National Poetry Slam champion, and a co-author of the collaborative collection, Burning Down the House (Soft Skull). Her poems appear in magazines, journals, reviews, and anthologies across the hemisphere.
